I discovered açaí a few months ago and have fallen in love! If you cut back on the coconut water - down to 1/2 cup, you can turn this recipe into an açaí bowl. Just add granola and fruit if your choice. You can use any frozen fruit you want for your smoothie (may try tropical fruits such as pineapple, mango, and banana) but this combo is a good start to your açaí journey. You can make it vegan by replacing the yogurt with a soy or oat or almond yogurt and the honey with agave.
