Mine stuck terribly to my pan. I sprayed it well with EVOO. I also did a little stir/shake in the middle of cooking. But at the end of the time it was stuck in place. Oh well…. It still tasted good. I will say this is my first attempt ever cooking tofu. I guess there is a learning curve.
