That sounds good!! My wife hates normal Mac and Cheese, but she goes for this every time! The constant stirring can be tedious, but I am completely fine with trading that off for what it produces

Some edits I make is adding Munster and Gouda. 70% cheddar 15% Gouda and 15% Munster. It just kinda gives more cheesy flavor... If you have the resources and time to chop it lol
