Texture wise, this was catastrophic. I would have liked for it to be a bit more solid (I made them in a cupcake pan). However, taste wise this was delicious! I don’t know if the texture thing was just my lack of skills, but I’ll def try this again sometime. Also recommend adding banana for that extra flavor. Actually, maybe the banana was the error…
