1. Be careful making dough bc otherwise the parcel will have not stretch enough when you’re sealing it and it’ll have holes in which are a nuisance for then cooking it.
2. The measurements for the filling I found to be a bit too big for the amount of dough so maybe make less and then make more if needed.
3. LISTEN to the instructions when they say to flatten to 1/2 of an inch because if you don’t it won’t cook through and won’t be as nice.
But overall was a great recipe and is really tasty and easy.
