One word: SPECTACULAR! 💖 Having tried another recipe, this one is just leagues better and closest to the store-bought Fluff. It's dense in just the right way. It's not insanely sweet and I think it will toast well as well. I look forward to seeing how well it will hold up in the next couple of days - IF there's any left... Edit - it holds up like a dream! I would suggest dividing it up and putting it into smaller jars so that you aren't always opening the entire batch to the air every time you need some or, (as is mostly the case... 😏) someone dips into it with a spoon. I'm going to be experimenting with flavoring with the next batch... 🤗
