Made these as just bites. Sprinkled some Parmesan on top.. came out absolutely delicious. I used bellarise instant yeast and it rose perfectly. Only thing id add to this is the boiling instructions part. When you are doing the baking soda bath and are just making the pretzel bites. Make sure they boil a little longer than just 30 seconds. When they are done they'll float up to the top!
