Original recipe is off with the amount of flour it calls for, once I tried to roll it out I had to add quite a bit to make it pliable and not sticky, could be 1/4 to 1/3 cup extra. Only made a half recipe and it was 30 cookies, baked at original temp for 8-10 minutes. Great idea but they came out slightly dry and bland, sort of a mix between a sugar and shortbread cookie, a glaze may help. Would recommend using a chunky/thick jam so it does not run all over your cookie base.
