I added more to my sauce. I took pan. I cooked sausage in put onion in. Then, after a bit, I added a can cut tomatoes. With all seasonings and minced garlic. Let Simmer tell onions almost full see-through. Added peppers and cooked. Then, I added pasta water and heavy cream. When it was about done. I finished with adding a cup of graided cheese and the sausage in and let mix and marry. After 10 mins with consistency in mixing the cheese so it does not stick to the sauce pan. I mixed all together with noodles in a large bowl. The only mistake I made was that I had a double batch. I forgot to make more sauce. Please note. If the sauce amount looks perfect, then make a bit more. U want the sauce to almost thick drip off pasta. That way, when u reheat the next day, it is not dry. NOTE I used sweet sausage. No, it's not really sweet in tast. It just has no spicey, so it is kid friendly. Would do it again!
