My muffins came out very moist! I used a full size muffin pan, and left some of the holes filled with water so maybe that’s why. Regardless, the muffins were tasty and not very sweet. Kinda tastes similar to a lower sugar pancake recipe and adding a few chocolate chips on top just made it even yummier!! Easy to make and delicious, so I’d definitely make it again! :)
