Did Betagro #3 eggs in the instapot on high at 2 min, released pressure and immediately put in an ice bath. They were NOT jammy in the middle, I think because the #3 eggs are too small. I think #1 size can handle 2 min, but #3 might need only 1 min? Also - the marinade was too salty imo, but it might be because the soy sauce I used was a Thai version rather than a subtler Japanese one. Not sure on that point, but keep it in mind.
