This has been my go-to casserole since the first time I made it months ago! We've even have it for dinner because it is often requested. I have made it with every type of breakfast meat (actually, even pepperoni when that's what we had! see photo) and type of cheese. I substituted tater tots for the hash browns because that's what I had on hand, and actually prefer them in it, especially the mini tots. I have found, though, that what really makes this extraordinary is the cottage cheese. Substituting that turned out a just-ok casserole, but still tasty. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
