Okay so. I ended falling asleep during proofing, so it sat for way longer than it should have (13+ hours lol) but I decided to follow through and pop it in the oven and it turned out beautifully! The texture, the moisture, and of course the taste was so amazing! I highly recommend and I will definitely be making more loaves!

Update!
I tried it again (followed the directions exactly this time Lol) and the difference is phenomenal. To be honest, the first time I made it had a yeastier, more fermented taste than this batch I made. However, for a 4 hour focaccia, this was pretty dang good. I’m shocked at how well flavors developed in such a short amount of time. I love it!
