Delicious! Similar to a Chipotle chicken bowl I love. It makes a lot of rice, but the water to rice ratio is off. I would maybe try 1 c of rice next time because we had lots of leftover rice and less of the others. Also, it doesn't make a ton of sauce, so if I cut the rice, I would maybe do 1.5X the sauce. Very filling and fresh!
