Added kale pulp from juicing to the salad as I had a lot of it. I did not have any tahini so used 1 Tbsp of Greek yogurt instead. I only used 1 bell pepper, probably used more than stated for the cucumbers since they are so abundant right now and added feta. I did not have any garlic cloves so I sautéed a little jarred garlic with EVOO and it still worked great. The dressing is fresh and the whole salad turned out great
