Photo taken before baking in the oven. Added mustard to cheese sauce and plenty of seasoning. I Topped it with a mix of grated parmesan & cheddar, chopped parsley and breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping. Also made with a head of brocolli and a head of cauliflower.
