It was nice and not too difficult to make. Not sure it really works as a main dish, though. Someone suggested serving over baked potatoes but I think it didn't QUITE work, needs more sauce for that.

It's hard to explain... Like it doesn't feel substantial enough? Maybe I just need to put more chicken in it and have bigger servings, but then it feels too unhealthy
