What a great recipe! Overall, it was pretty simple and easy to make and the cake did not crack at all. I rolled it up with a tea towel to cool and then unrolled it to spread cream and cut up strawberries then rolled it back up too! The cake was spongy and fluffy and amazing. I also added some hearts and cream & fruit decorations, but the cake itself is very nice! Personally, the cake is a little sweet but that worked well with my lightly sweetened cream.
