I’ve never successfully made bread (aside from an awesome 5 min prep no knead artisan bread recipe I found here too). That being said these rolls were a HUGE hit with the family. My son even said “hey these taste like those Hawaiian rolls you buy” lol! So I will definitely be making again. Maybe I’ll do a double and freeze half next time. One note, I used about 1/2 cup less than the recommended amount of flour.
