I had to add a lot more garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the sauce because it just didn’t taste good- afterwards it was alright. It was not bad but I probably won’t make it again. The butter beans honestly saved it. Unfortunately I didn’t have feta cheese or pine nuts so I used chopped walnuts and had some aged extra sharp cheddar slices on the side. Also- the only way this would take 10 min is if everything was already prepped. It took me a lot longer.
