I'm a busy mom with a new airfryer, and this was one of the first recipe I made on my airfryer. I like how easy and fast it was to make, and you can keep the dough on the fridge and just pop it in the airfryer whenever you need a sweet fix. The texture in the centre tastes more like a cake and less like a cookie according to my kid. I used salted butter , and it created a a sweet-salty taste :)
