I put 4 bananas in which of course made it wetter and took longer to cook. I put foil over it so it wouldn’t darken more. The foil lifted some of the top off but overall it was tasty. Funny thing is, even with the extra banana, it didn’t taste too much like banana. Also, it had a lot of sugar, in my opinion, but wasn’t too sweet. Mine was crunchy because I had it in longer because it took longer to cook the middle. I’ll try it again and use the amount of bananas it calls for and try subbing some sugar for a different sweetener.
