My kids like them! To me a bit bland. But definitely healthy. Low glycemic. I only had 3 bananas, so I halfed the recipie. I added about 1/3 - 1/2 cup of apple sauce. I added 1/4 of sunbutter and 1/4 cup of chocolate sunbutter. A few shakes of sea salt. I omited the water.
