Stick to the amount of pasta even though it seems small, it sucks up more broth after than you’d think. I think it might need some more seasoning, I would possibly experiment with some basil and/or oregano, but with just the salt pepper and parmesan it’s pretty great. I skipped the kale and it was fine. I would also maybe roast or sear the zucchini in the future to add a little more depth of flavor but love how quick this was apart from all the veggie chopping.
