I've made this recipe over 5 times. It's delicious, however, I did have a few adjustments. I let the yeast activate for 5 minutes with everything but the flour mixed in. I also end up using close to 3 cups of flour. For the rise time, I let the dough rise on top of the oven while preheating for maximum rise in the short time it rests.
Other than the pizza, I have used this dough to make calzones, hot pockets, and garlic knots. As for pizza toppings, I've made chicken bacon ranch, pepperoni and sausage, taco style, and even breakfast with sausage gravy, cheese, scrambled eggs and bell peppers. With a few adjustments, it's a great recipe if you need a quick and versatile dough!
