Good but could taste like just… more especially with how visually beautiful it is. Next time I will add citric acid to the berry layer and potentially more sugar and/or cream cheese to the cheesecake layer. I get the intent is so be fluffier with the larger amount of whipped cream but I think I prefer a little firmer (even with adding the gelatin).
