While I agree with the prior comment that it was a sticky mess, I persevered and managed to get two pizzas made. A well oiled sheet pan, along with well oiled hands, it spread easily (careful as it also breaks easily), and cooked up nicely with a nice, crispy bottom (from the well oiled pans). I like the quick and easy mix that can be assembled in a few minutes. The taste was also pleasant in an unassuming way that goes well with whatever you top it with. I wouldn’t say I was overwhelmed by it, but this is definitely going to be a go-to based on its ease and compatibility with toppings.
