I didn't have more cream so I used evaporated milk to top off the cup. It didn't turn out bad, so I guess it worked. I used one can of crushed tomatoes and one can of diced tomatoes for texture. I love chunky sauces. Used Grey Goose vodka. Paired it with linguini, broccoli and garlic balsamic chicken breasts.
