In my opinion it was way too bland. And then I accidentally put too much lemon in it, so I added heavy cream to try and balance it. Also, the green beans didn't have enough time to steam. I will try and cook those separately next time. Overall, it has the beginnings of being a good dish, it just needs way more seasonings and you have to be careful with how much lemon juice you put in it. I do like the addition of cream in the rice.
