I am sure that with some education and practice I could give this a thumbs up eventually. It was tedious to make and the filling ruptured from the wontons when fried. I tried every way I know how to get every bit of air out of the center and nothing quite worked. Overall the experience was not worth the time, money, frustration, and resulting taste of the product.
