Added some onion and carrots. Kicked up the spice with some extra crushed red pepper. Didn't have any rosemary, so I subbed oregano. It tasted awesome. Double the recipe so we would have leftovers. Next time, I will either add more beans or less broth because it was a bit "soupier" than my household prefers. But we served it with the NoraCooks vegan cornbread and it was still a major hit!!
