Very tasty and surprisingly easy to make. Made the dressing and coated the meat in the morning and lunch took 15 mins. Not particularly happy about the mess I left in the kitchen 😅 but that is for sure user error. This will go into my weekend recipes. I will try baking the meat with and without the sauce to avoid having to clean up so much.
