Very good. I added a TB of chicken bouillon and more Cajun seasoning. I think I will reduce the cayenne to 1/4 tsp as the andouille sausage and Cajun seasoning already make it spicy. Next time, I will mash some of the beans to give it a creamier and thicker consistency. I did not sauté the veggies in a separate pan. I cooked them in my Dutch oven and added beans to the pot after sautéing.
