The biscuits never set up. I left them in for 1.5 hours and kept my eye on then the whole time. I’m really disappointed because I don’t have money to waste food.

Personally I’m not surprised that your result was as bad as it looks. The ingredients list has nothing to give flavour and I’ve never heard of dumplings made this way. No wonder yours were gloopy. I’d not touch this with a barge pole.
