Roasted the veggies first - added garlic and red pepper flakes. Used flatbread instead of pizza dough. Brushed olive oil over the flatbread and toasted in the oven for 5 mins. Put Parmesan and provolone (instead of fontina), topped with roasted veggies and feta cheese (instead of goat cheese). Put back in oven for 5 minutes. Very tasty!!!
