Use 1/2oil1/2applesauce, not all oil. Subst up to 1/2 flour w/ sprouted whole wheat flour, but add 1 Tblsp water to eggs if using SWWF. Add 1 tsp vanilla. 1/2 tsp almond flavor, too, if adding sliced almonds instead of pecans. Top each loaf with 1/2 tsp turbinado sugar, optional. Add up to 1/2 C chopped dates, optional. Use 1 C sugar, not 2 C, still plenty sweet; (1/2 C 1to1 monkfruit sugar or erythritol works as an add to the 1 C sugar. 4x8 pans, two of them, 35-40 min
