Triple batch. Added, 1 tbs cumin, 2 tbs salt, 1 tbs smoked paprika, 1 tsp of smoked garlic, 1 can of Chipotle in Adobo and some adobo ancho sauce

Does the chipotle in adobo influence the acidity and how it will can and keep?
