Ok, the crowd went wild for this one. It was a bit time-consuming and I felt like the lemon overwhelmed it a little. Also, the texture was a bit different to what one was used to, which I assume is the more gelatine-type recipe. But, these are all my critiques... As I said - the crowd went bananas for these and I kinda had to physically restrain the kiddos from overeating... 😏
I'm open to experimenting till I'm happy... 😉
