Fluffy and not overly sweet, this turned out very well and the guests loved it. I liked that it had no fat or oil. I turned it pink with about half of a package of sugar free strawberry jello, and liked the flavor as well. It is very sticky! Easier and faster than traditional 7 minute frosting.
