I can not put in words how AMAZING this recipe came out. I wish I could attach more pictures. The dough was so light and bubbly. Proofing it and once after the dimpling and adding the toppings. I used two different types of olives, rosemary and cherry toms. I made a fresh Moz, tomato and balsamic glaze sandwich from this focaccia and I WAS IN HEAVEN! I think the best focaccia recipe hands down! Very aromatic and flavorful!! Will be making it again! Thank you!
