Glory be to this bubbly focaccia!~ It has taken me so long to find a recipe that works for me, I nearly gave up on making focaccia, but this recipe changed that. I followed exactly as instructed, the only deviation being proofing my last rise in the oven at 200 F - recommendation would be to oil the top sheet. I still got a fluffy, beautiful focaccia that I adorned with fresh herbs from my garden! Delicious, will definitely be my go-to for focaccia!
