Beautifully bubbly! Having little kids and being a lazy baker, I didn't follow the recipe meticulously but it still turned out delicious. I didn't knead the dough with hands but mixed it with a spatula in the bowl it was in a d it probably sat on my counter more than an hour before I put it in the fridge. For toppings I used herb de provence, sun-dried tomatoes (stored in oil) and freshly minced garlic. The tomatoes got a bit toasty and slightly bitter after 22 min baking at 430F so I would try fresh tomatoes next time.
