Nice and spicy, just the way I like it. I needed more cheese especially for the last batch. I soaked the dried black beans thoroughly but I still needed to cook them thoroughly as the skillet wasn't enough. Not sure the flatbread used was the right thickness but I had limited options. Overall, would make again
