It was good except for two things. One, I did not have fresh garlic so I used garlic powder. It worked but really affected the flavor. Two, I didn't really believe the instapot would cook those thick chicken breasts in ten minutes. So I ran them for twenty. I am a believer now. Will try again next week. Despite these obstacles, the chicken was still very good and even better with the roasted carrots and mashed potatoes I made to go with it.
