Made "Arby sauce" from scratch..pretty good. Next time would eliminate creamy horseradish sauce. Added a couple drops hot sauce to cheese was enough.
Skipped the oven step and just lightly toasted the buns in skilled beef was in - after emptying out oil of course.
Will definitely make again!
