This is my first time ever making focaccia and the recipe was easy enough to follow even though there are a lot of steps. I struggled with the stretching of the dough parts, but think it turned out okay in the end. I don't think I pressed enough into the dough to form the divets and will try again next time as I will definitely make this again. I did half rosemary with salt and cheese and the other half pesto, olives and cheese. I tried it and it tastes delicious 😊
