Simple to make. Honestly, after marinating there's literally nothing to do but stuff it in the oven and wait. It's the first recipe for chicken I've made that I heard no complaints about (I'm new to cooking dinner foods so-to-speak. Granted, only one person actually ate it but they're the one who usually complains so I count it as a win) I don't recall the recipe giving a time or temp for the chicken, so if you're a beginner to meats like me I looked it up and it said 450°F at 15 minutes gives the best results. I did cook it a bit longer to like 20-25 minutes to be safe and because I couldn't find a thermometer. It was done and still juicy.
