I used some of the suggestions, while I left out the soy sauce and onion powder, to ground pork, I added garlic powder, salt, fresh parsley, minced carrot, finely chopped red onion, finely sliced cabbage, and bean sprouts. Used fresh egg roll wrappers, brushed them lightly with canola oil, cooked them at 370°, about 8 minutes the first side, then flipped them over for 5 minutes on the second side. Definitely plan on trying a veggie-only version, maybe with some pre-marinated extra firm tofu, mushrooms and other veggies! Fairly quick and easy to make, too!
