this is the best recipe i’ve used to far, i used it as a base to make pumpkin spice pancakes.
if anyone is interested i added
- homemade candied almonds and walnuts
- soy yoghurt
(in the batter)
- homemade pumpkin spice creamer (about 1/4 cup) you might want to add less milk
- pumpkin spice seasoning
- gingerbread syrup (instead of vanilla)
