Used 5lbs of potatoes, next time cut recipe in half. Added 2 cups of broth and another cup or so of milk. I used heavy whipping cream to mash potatoes. Chicken broth powder was added to the onion butter flour mixture. Mixed the cream cheese with butter and such and slowly added water/broth as to make sure cream cheese melted correctly. Air fry thick cut bacon at 395 F for 14 mins no flipping.
